We at Auxilium A’nagar celebrated the gift of light and life on November 3, 2018. To welcome the festival of lights, the teaching and the non-teaching staff of Auxilium together with the students decorated the campus with festive diyas and attractive rangoli designs. In a short but meaningful prayer service, we prayed for all our Hindu brethren as well as implored blessings of health and wholeness on Sr. Teresa Plathara, whose birthday was the following day.
In her message to the gathering, Sr. Teresa exhorted them to seek happiness this Diwali by making others happy and sharing with others generously from our abundance. The great gifts of light and life were indeed celebrated with great love and joy by everyone here at Auxilium, Ahmednagar. Being the last day of school, everyone wished each other a happy and prosperous Diwali as well as a fruitful and enjoyable Diwali vacation.
