On 20th November 2018, we kept up the Children’s Day. We began the programme at 3.00pm. Nearly 50 children were present for the programme; we began the evening with a small prayer moment invoking the presence of light in the lives of children. After the prayer moment there followed the cultural programme. Some of them took part in skit and dance. We conducted fun games for them in which they enjoyed them a lot.
Mr. Prakash Bhodak and Mr.Sudhakar Gaikwad were the Chief Guests for the day. They spoke to them the right and duties of children. Sr. Catherine Pereira, the animator of the community distributed gifts to the children. In the end, we gave them samosa and conclude the celebration at 6.00 pm thanking God for the gift of the children.
