The Marathi Day, as well as the Cultural Day, was celebrated on 2nd March, Saturday, 2019. The entire campus looked colourful and was vibrant with cheerful voices and bright faces. One could see the varied cultures and traditions. India is blest within one’s attire. The headmistress, Sr. Latha Arogiaswamy, while addressing the gathering, marveled at their costumes and praised them for upholding and respecting their cultural roots even in this modern era. Also being the Marathi day, she officially gave permission to all the students to talk in Marathi which is the dearest language to them.
