On 21st September 2019, the teachers’ Seminar on the topic- ‘Teaching in the 21st century’ was organized by “Extra marks, India’s largest Education company and Ms. Nakkashi Jain was the resource person for the day. She in a creative manner highlighted the process of teaching in 3 phases – Planning, Execution, and Reflection.
Secondly, she dealt with the 3C’s of teaching skills i.e.
- Creative (thinking out of the box) and Critical thinking (Positive/negative aspect)
- Collaborative learning together (support) from the beginning to the end.
- Communicative learning- to communicate real meanings, natural strategies through word, voice, body language, etc.
Finally, she told us to give the students tough challenges and let them find innovative solutions and to have self-assessment. It was a creative and fruitful session.
