On 30 September, 2022, Auxilium – Pali Hill, celebrated the Feast of Guardian angels. The members of Green House presented a programme in honour of their House Feast. The celebration began with a solemn procession which was led by the green house captain, with the flag followed by the other members of the green house, three girls who were dressed as angels, St. Michael, St. Raphael, St. Gabriel and sisters.
We began with a meaningful prayer service, invoking the help and protection of our Guardian angels in our day today life. The girls who were dressed up as angels introduced themselves as St. Gabriel, St. Michael and St. Raphael and spoke about their role as angels in people’s life. Miss Yusra, the captain of the green gave a speech on the significance of the day and also expressed her gratitude to teachers and sisters who are like their guardian angels.
Students also enacted a skit cum dance highlighting how guardian angels are very much present with us. They are the ones who guide, lead and protect us every day.
Sr.Teresa Vettical, our superior in her message to the students spoke about how they need to be attentive to the presence of the guardian angels in their life and how God sends many good people, actually they are our guardian angels on our way to guide and lead us on the right path.
