The celebration of the Marian Month !

Our Community of Eusebia Welfare Centre, Mundhwa began the Marian Month from 16^th August in honour of our Blessed Mother with the aim of deepening our love for Mary and growing in her attitudes and virtues.  The theme of the month is: Mary, Queen and Mother of all Families”, in keeping with the Church’s programme of the Year of the Family. Mother Mary’s statue in the Chapel is beautifully decorated and we did the same in our community room as well. We planned a programme with special intentions for each week and special initiatives for praying the holy Rosary. We also decided to sing Marian hymns daily after Mass and at the Goodnight. Our Goodnight messages will also be on Mary.  We began with a beautiful prayer moment asking our Mother to help us to imitate her life and virtues. This month of Mary will conclude on 15^th September.  May this Marian month help us to become more ‘Mary-like’ in our way of living and being.
