The Republic Day of our country was celebrated on 26th January 2020 with great pomp and splendour at Pali Hill, Bandra. On 15th January at 7.45 am the Bandra Traffic Division gave an input session to students. The Principal, Sr. Shiny Alphonse welcomed them and the students offered a bouquet of flowers. They spoke about the importance of road safety and the rules to keep in mind while on the road. The Past Pupil enrollment for class X and XII students was held By Sr. Nilima Rodrigues on 21st January 2020 in the LV Hall. The Alumni Sports Day began with words of welcome by Sr. Nilima Rodrigues the Delegate of Local Unit, followed by a short prayer moment. It was an informal meeting as we conducted different matches like football, basketball, and kho-kho. Many spot prizes were also given away during intervals. The Past Pupils from the 1st batch to date were present so we had a match between the Senior and junior groups.
A Day with God was celebrated on 18 January 2020. It was a special occasion since the entire day was dedicated to our Living God who is the Creator and Maker of all the living. The day began with an introductory prayer moment followed by short documentary films conveying various moral values. A film evaluation was done in each class to gather what the students had imbibed from the videos.
The feast of our teenage saint Bl. Laura Vicuna was celebrated with much love and fervour in the community as well as in school. It was a twin celebration since it was also the 80th birthday of Sr. Annette Nellianil, a member of the community of Laura Vicuna Niwas. Sr. Annette together with her relatives and the Sisters of the community were escorted in a grand procession towards the school ground.

On 22 February, the boarders at Maria Vihar thanked God for Bl. Laura Vicuna who is the patroness of the young people. In the evening they put up a programme on the life of Laura Vicuna depicting her life sacrificed for her mother and sang the hymn in honouring her.
