Marian Month at SJTC, Lonavla – August 2018 The Community of SJTC, Lonavla – Sisters and Candidates – celebrated August 2018 as Marian Month in honour of Our Blessed Mother. It commenced on 31st July 2018 with a candle-light Vigil Service animated by Sr. Sunita Moteghar and Sr. Assumption Gonsalves. AMAR # 536 Raksha Bandhan at Fr. Agnel's Ashram by Aux Pali

“India is my country. All Indians are my brothers and sisters” On 1st September 2018, Std.VIII students of Auxilium Convent High School, with their class teacher Mrs. Trupti Sawant visited Fr. Agnel’s Ashram, Bandra.  They were accompanied by a few representatives of Past Pupils and the Headmistress Sr. Shiny Alphonse. Brother Edison, who takes care of the boys, warmly welcomed them. Sr. Shiny started the programme with a short prayer.

AMAR # 535 Raksha Bandhan at Dakor

On August 27, 2018, Pushpanjali Dakor was filled with bright faces of youngsters dressed in traditional dresses, all set to celebrate Raksha Bandhan. Sr. Urvashi Macwana Spoke about the meaning of Raksha Bandhan, where ‘Raksha’ stands for the protection and ‘Bandhan’ signifies the bound.  The ITI girls tied Rakhis to ITI boys.  There was sharing of sweets, lots of fun and laughter and it was our joy to see the youngsters dance
